Ordering From the Website! 

When placing an order from our website please feel free to email or call any of the links below.  If you are emailing your order please include, all of your event info., the quantities you need, the flavors and your full name and contact information and someone will contact you within 24 hours.  Please wait for us to confirm your order either by phone or email before assuming it has gone through.  If you are placing an order during the holiday months please be advised that often more notice is needed as we book much further in advance.

Please keep in mind that our special walk in Friday pricing and flavors apply only to our walk in Fridays!  Any other orders placed must go by regular menu pricing and flavors.

Because our cupcakes are made to order we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice for any small orders and up to 48 hours for larger orders.  More notice may be necessary during Holiday months.

Allergen Free Friends – We are excited to offer a great variety of allergen free treats on our walk in Friday days!  While these treats are free of gluten, dairy, egg, nut and often soy please be advised this is not an allergen free facility.  Please use caution when purchasing these or any other desserts when dealing with severe allergies.  We work very hard to avoid cross contamination.  For any questions about this please ask Lindsey!

ACCEPTED FORMS OF PAYMENT -  The Cupcake Zoo accepts personal or business checks, cash, and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard  over $5)  If paying with a credit card please call us directly for payment.  For your protection, please do not email your credit card information.
