Hello Cupcake fans!

Thank you for your interest in the cupcake zoo.  I am so excited to finally be doing what I love all the time.  Aside from offering my sweet creations to you I also would like to use this as a forum to offer information and occasional recipes so that you can do this in the comfort of your own home.

Tip #1 –  Always make sure all of your refrigerated baking ingredients are brought to room temperature before you begin baking!
