Chocolate Caramel Goodness!

I thought it only fair to pay proper tribute to this delicious new addition on the “Ridiculous” menu.  This delicate cocoa cake is stuffed with homemade caramel and topped with a Chocolate Caramel frosting then finished with a mound of Snickers pieces and drizzled with Chocolate Ganache!  I love all of my candy bar flavors but I must say that this one takes the cake.  The cupcake to be exact!
